Privacy Policy
Preview policy. This page is a working draft for the TrackSwap demo and is not a finalized legal document. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should not be relied on. It will be replaced before any real launch.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, profile info).
- Listing and transaction data you create on the platform.
- Payment and payout information, handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data such as pages viewed and searches performed.
- IP address and basic device information at sign-up and sign-in, used only to help us detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
How we use it
- To operate the marketplace and process transactions.
- To provide messaging, notifications, and support.
- To detect fraud and enforce our policies.
- To improve the product and, with consent, send updates.
What we don't do
We never publicly display your private email address. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, and request deletion of your account. Contact support@thetrackswap.com for privacy requests.
